A partir desta data, todos os contratos de vendas devem fazer refer\u00eancia \u00e0s regras Incoterms\u00ae 2020 como a vers\u00e3o mais recente. Todos os contratos feitos sob outras edi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores permanecem v\u00e1lidos e os novos contratos feitos a partir de 01 de janeiro de 2020 dever\u00e3o especificar claramente a vers\u00e3o definida pelas partes caso queiram utilizar as vers\u00f5es anteriores, que ainda permanecer\u00e3o v\u00e1lidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As regras do Incoterms\u00ae definem responsabilidades importantes de compradores e vendedores pela entrega de mercadorias sob contratos de venda. Cinco anos depois, foi realizado um segundo estudo, desta vez com a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o dos termos comerciais de mais de 30 pa\u00edses, para examinar as discrep\u00e2ncias apresentadas na pesquisa anterior. Em 1936 a ICC publicou a primeira vers\u00e3o dos <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International Commercial Terms<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Incoterms\u00ae). Os Incoterms\u00ae s\u00e3o regras oficiais para determinar as responsabilidades e deveres como os custos e riscos de importadores e exportadores nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As regras dos Incoterms\u00ae s\u00e3o atualizadas de 10 em 10 anos, acompanhando o desenvolvimento do com\u00e9rcio exterior.
